A few weeks ago, I shared about the new vegan specials at Namaste Cafe created for the Twin Cities Vegan Chef Challenge. (See the Instagram post here.)

Namaste Cafe is just one of the many restaurants participating in this fun contest, and the winners will be announced on Saturday at the Camden Farmer’s Market.
